Frozen forest cranberries - carefully selected in our forest laboratory. The most ripe cranberries are hand-picked and quickly frozen to maintain their freshness. This unique, natural taste of Lithuanian forest, easily accessible all year round.

Variety: Wild European.

Usage: Defrost and use these forest treasures as if they were fresh.

Make sauces, preserves, enhance porridges and yogurts or

incorporate these berries into your natural cocktails and delicacy recipes.


Grandma's kissel recipe. Thaw 300g of frozen cranberries and blend them using a blender or another tool. Squeeze the juice through cheesecloth or a sieve, pour it into a pot, add sugar to taste, and heat until the sugar dissolves. Then, allow the juice to cool. In the meantime, boil 1 liter of water in a separate pot. In a small bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of potato starch with a few tablespoons of cold

water until smooth. While stirring constantly, slowly pour the starch mixture into the boiling water and cook until the liquid thickens. Add the cooled cranberry juice to the thickened mixture and adjust the sugar if needed. If the consistency requires adjustment, add more starch or water. Boil for a few more minutes and let the kissel cool.

Enjoy! The kissel can be served warm or cold.
