Baked raspberry jam. Defrost 300 g of raspberries. Preheat the oven to 150° C. Pour raspberries into a ceramic dish and 200 g of sugar into another ceramic dish. Place both dishes into the oven and heat for 20-30 minutes, until the berries and sugar are hot. Pour the sugar over the berries and gently mix with a wooden spoon to preserve the shape of the berries until the sugar completely dissolves. Pour the jam into prepared jars and seal with lids. Keep in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
