Lingonberry sauce for poultry: Defrost 300g of lingonberries. In a small pot, combine lingonberries and ¼ cup of water, heat over medium heat. Stir and add 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar and a pinch of salt. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lingonberries soften and release their juices. Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency and flavour, remove the pot from the heat. Serve the lingonberry sauce alongside poultry dishes. Enjoy!
